What You’ll Do as a Waste Handler:
- Empty waste buggies and dispose of materials safely
- Keep the work area clean using brooms and blowers
- Operate the tipper machine and maintain its surroundings free of debris
- Assist with general housekeeping and maintenance tasks
- Support the sorting and grinding operation as needed
- Follow all company safety rules, regulations, and policies
- Report to supervisors and perform other duties as requested
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must pass a color vision test
- Must be able and willing to work 12-hour night shifts
- Ability to follow detailed safety protocols and company guidelines
- Able to perform physical tasks and maintain a clean, organized work environment
