Position Details:
- Job Title: Service Delivery Operative
- Location: Part Zone One, Tetron Point, Swadlincote DE11 0BB
- Salary: £22,308 per annum
- Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Shift Pattern: 4 nights on / 4 nights off (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and index customer records, ensuring complete data security
- Accurately track, record, and protect information through every stage
- Use the O’Neil Records Management System to manage data and files
- Process and store incoming boxes, files, and documents
- Prepare and retrieve records for dispatch or secure destruction
- Maintain all paperwork to comply with internal documentation standards
What You Bring:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Basic IT knowledge and familiarity with warehouse systems (O’Neil system a plus)
- A full UK driving licence
- Warehouse experience preferred but not essential
- A flexible, team-focused attitude
