What You’ll Do:
- Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., clamp truck, scissor truck, forklift, pole hyster)
- Prepare and verify orders for accuracy before shipment
- Transport raw materials to production lines and move finished goods to warehouse
- Assist in training team members on processes and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment
What You Bring:
- Experience operating lift trucks or PIT (preferred)
- Ability to complete Mohawk’s PIT certification (required if not already certified)
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Strong adaptability, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
- Physically able to meet job demands: repetitive reaching, bending, kneeling, and mounting/dismounting PITs
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Positive, safety-first mindset
